HOW TO GET
THIS MEDICAID FRAME

Medicaid will cover one vision examination per calendar year by an optometrist to determine if glasses are required and for treatment of diseases of the eye. Additional eye exams require pre-authorization. Medicaid will pay for one pair of Medicaid- approved glasses per calendar year. The same eye doctor that gives you a prescription can order your glasses.
